How Buyers Should Interpret Today’s Market with interest rates around 6.3%🏡



The Fed cut rates—but mortgage rates didn’t fall because the move was already priced in. What did happen is more important: rates stayed near 2025 lows while inventory remained higher than last year, and buyer competition is still muted.

💡That stability gives buyers leverage now, before improving demand and future rate moves bring more competition back into the market.
