Leah became a Davisite in January of 2018 after being a solo agent for 4 years. As the Director of Operations, she steers the ship and keeps it afloat by running all facets of the business, alongside Jordan, from payroll to client events and buyer transactions to running the admin team. She is highly organized and passionate in ensuring the team reaches their goals. Her determination can also be seen in her shop where she does Crossfit with her husband, Chris. She loves doing puzzles, watching movies, and going to concerts.
